FULL BODY BURNER
Equipment: adidas Ankle/Wrist Weights, adidas Fitness Mat 5mm, adidas Essential Skipping Rope / Format: Full Body Burner
Exercise 1: Push Ups - Exercise 2: Plank - Exercise 3: Shoulder Taps - Exercise 4: Dead Bugs - Exercise 5: 30 - 60 Second Intervals Skipping - Exercise 6: Shadow Boxing (with wrist weights)
Bodyweight exercises can be performed in the comfort of your own home. Typically, using your own body weight will target building muscular strength endurance (eg. push ups as shown) and core stability (eg. shoulder taps & dead-bugs as shown). Skipping is a awesome tool for building aerobic endurance, coordination & tendon compliance. Be patient with the learning process though.. try starting out with shorter intervals (30-60s) or set quantitative targets of how many consecutive reps you want to achieve. As you start to find your rhythm, increase the work duration and reduce the rest time in between. Finally, for any martial arts enthusiasts interested in developing greater hand speed, you can add some weight to your punches with some weight straps.
