START TRAINING WITH EMILY USING THE BELOW WORKOUT
FULL BODY AMRAP
Equipment: adidas Essential Skipping Rope, adidas Slam Ball, adidas 7mm Fitness Mat
Format: AMRAP (as many rounds as possible)
Warm Up: 60 Seconds Skipping
Exercise 1: 10x Ball Slams
Exercise 2: 10x Ball Toe Taps in to Burpee (10 on each foot)
Exercise 3: 10x Over Ball Push Us
Exercise 4: Ball Press Sit Ups
Cool Down: 60 Seconds Skipping
Up the challenge - To further ramp up the challenge, perform more reps per exercise or reduce rest time.
