FULL BODY AMRAP
Equipment: adidas Essential Skipping Rope, adidas Slam Ball, adidas 7mm Fitness Mat / Format: AMRAP (as many rounds as possible)
Warm Up: 60 Seconds Skipping - Exercise 1: 10x Ball Slams - Exercise 2: 10x Ball Toe Taps in to Burpee (10 on each foot) - Exercise 3: 10x Over Ball Push Us - Exercise 4: Ball Press Sit Ups - Cool Down: 60 Seconds Skipping
Up the challenge - To further ramp up the challenge, perform more reps per exercise or reduce rest time.
