      RESISTANCE + SKIPPING

      Equipment: adidas Resistance Tube, Skipping Rope
      Format: HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)

      Exercise 1: Squat Press
      Exercise 2: Skipping
      Exercise 3: Curl/Lat Raise
      Exercise 4: Loaded Lunge
      Exercise 5: Russian Twist
      Exercise 6: V-Sit Crunch

      Up the challenge - To further ramp up the challenge, perform more reps per exercise or reduce rest time.

      Follow a framework with 40 seconds of work and 20 seconds rest per exercise and repeat the six exercises 5 times each.

      Exercise 4: Single Arm Push Ups
      Exercise 5: Wall Slams
      Exercise 6: Squat Throws

      Up the challenge: To further ramp up the challenge, perform the exercise with a heavier slam ball or reduce rest time.

      Follow a framework with 40 seconds of work and 20 seconds rest per exercise and repeat the six exercises four times each.

      Format: Circuit (Repeat for four rounds)

      Exercise 1: Squat Jumps (20 reps)
      Exercise 2: Driver Lunges (10 per leg)
      Exercise 3: 1/2 Burpees (15 reps)
      Exercise 4: Jump Lunges (20 reps)

      Up the challenge: To further ramp up the challenge, perform more reps per exercise or add more rounds until you hit your limit.

      Follow a framework of completing the round before resting for as long as you see fit. Reduce this rest to further challenge yourself.
