WORKOUT #1

RESISTANCE + SKIPPING

Equipment: adidas Resistance Tube, Skipping Rope / Format: HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)

Exercise 1: Squat Press Exercise 2: Skipping Exercise 3: Curl/Lat Raise Exercise 4: Loaded Lunge Exercise 5: Russian Twist Exercise 6: V-Sit Crunch

Up the challenge - To further ramp up the challenge, perform more reps per exercise or reduce rest time. Follow a framework with 40 seconds of work and 20 seconds rest per exercise and repeat the six exercises 5 times each.

SLAM BALL BLAST

Equipment: adidas Slam Ball (optional Fitness Mat) / Format: HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)

Exercise 1: Slams - Exercise 2: Russian Twists - Exercise 3: Burpee\Press - Exercise 4: Single Arm Push Ups - Exercise 5: Wall Slams - Exercise 6: Squat Throws

Up the challenge: To further ramp up the challenge, perform the exercise with a heavier slam ball or reduce rest time. Follow a framework with 40 seconds of work and 20 seconds rest per exercise and repeat the six exercises four times each.

WEIGHTED VEST LOWER BODY WORKOUT

Equipment: adidas Performance Weighted Vest (optional Fitness Mat) / Format: Circuit (Repeat for four rounds)

Exercise 1: Squat Jumps (20 reps) - Exercise 2: Driver Lunges (10 per leg) - Exercise 3: 1/2 Burpees (15 reps) - Exercise 4: Jump Lunges (20 reps)

Up the challenge: To further ramp up the challenge, perform more reps per exercise or add more rounds until you hit your limit. Follow a framework of completing the round before resting for as long as you see fit. Reduce this rest to further challenge yourself.

RESISTANCE TUBE FULL BODY WORKOUT

Equipment: adidas Resistance Tubes (optional Fitness Mat) / Format: Circuit (Repeat for four rounds)

Exercise 1: Split Squats (15 reps) - Exercise 2: Bent Over Rows (15 reps) - Exercise 3: Lateral Raises (15 reps) - Exercise 4: Bicep Curl (15 reps) - Exercise 5: Overhead Tricep Extensions (15 reps) - Exercise 6: Chest Press (15 reps) - Exercise 7: Kickbacks (15 reps) - Exercise 8: Rear Lunges (15 reps)

Up the challenge: To further ramp up the challenge use a stronger resistance band or increase the number or reps.
